“Get Your Kicks”
Story Behind the Name
Route 66 is an earworm of a song. You know, the kind that once it’s stuck in your head, you can’t get it out for days? On this shoot, all one of us need to say was “Get Your Kicks….” and someone in he car would return volley “….on Route 66”. Then it was stuck and like clockwork, one of us was whistling it a few hours later. That’s an earworm and now, the song is stuck in your head too.
