Next, we ran into a brand new watering hole in Ludington that features all drinks Michigan. That’s right, if it’s made in the Great Lake State and makes you feel funny, it’s probably there. It’s called The Mitten Bar, and on the sign outside you’ll see the words, “A Michigan Ideology.” That’s because owners Megan Payment and Brian Josefowicz focus on buying from local breweries, wineries and distilleries only. They firmly believe that the way to a strong Michigan is through supporting and buying from the people that surround you. So they tirelessly searched near and not too far to bring you the best adult beverages Michigan has to offer.
Megan and Brian created a destination for people who love local libations. They’ve also gone beyond that by featuring live music and special events every week. It’s a great place to go and learn more about all the incredible potables our state has to offer. It’s really nice to see young people living their dreams right here in Michigan, especially when a frosty cold adult malted beverage is involved… bonus!
