One place we heard about in town was The Bay City Motor Company. When it comes to classic and collectable cars, these guys are the real deal. David Cotton’s family has been part of the Michigan automotive scene for well over a century. Walking into Bay City Motors is like taking a step back in time. Their showroom resembles a mini museum of American motor history.
Bay City Motors is a candy store for car lovers. It’s a used car store for classic and high-end automobiles. Twenty-one thousand people come through the doors there every year. Some to buy, and some just to appreciate these great collectibles. The day we were there I got to sit and visit with David in a 1932 Ford Model B Cabriolet… outstanding.
As David so eloquently put it, Bay City Motors is nostalgia, enjoyment, design, creativity and performance. If you’re into classic cars, get in your car and go see these cars.
