The Tunnel of Trees is a beautiful twenty-mile stretch of road on M-119 that takes you from Harbor Springs north to historic Cross Village. And even though the road’s covered by a thick canopy of trees, you occasionally get these breathtaking views from high atop cliffs that overlook Lake Michigan. It’s a uniquely Michigan experience that’ll totally remind you why you live here. Now, the road’s pretty narrow and the scenery pretty awesome, so we took our time, and at the end of the drive was a place, well, you just have to see to believe.
