When you hear the name Southern Exposure Herb Farm you probably think … oh, goody … Tom’s taking us to a nice little farm where they grow Herbs … well, hold onto your Martha Stewart handbook & decoder ring … cuz this place takes elegance, dining and entertainment to a whole new level.
Sure, they grow herbs here, but it’s also a place people come for incredible specialty dinners … entertaining and decorating workshops … fun and educational excursions around the world … and even to get married. Scott Stoke and Curtis Whitaker are two ex-military men who got out … and then got started working harder than they ever did before.
The day we came they were having a specialty dinner entitled “Starry, Starry Night” featuring an in credible array of gourmet edibles. And without missing a beat, Scott and Curtis graciously extended an invitation for us to both attend and partake … and of course … in typical UTR fashion … we responded with a polite and resounding … YOU BETCHA !!!
The night was in a word – fabulous. Scott and Curtis welcomed all the guests … described the evenings food and frivolities … and a fun a fulfilling evening was had by all … and I do mean full and filling!
