Now, here’s a treat for ya—just north of Empire, on a lonely winding country road is a secret beach that only me and the locals know about. I’d tell you where it is, but I’ve been sworn to secrecy!
When you get there, you walk down a long sandy path that reveals an incredible sand-bottom blue lagoon that’s surrounded by beautiful sand dunes. It’s almost a tropical place where the sun, surf and sand melt all your cares away. And the best part is it’s connected to Lake Michigan by a shallow little river where kids can run and play. Incredible!
So if you ever get the chance, try and make it to this incredible secret beach. Just don’t tell anyone else about it! Like I did—oops!
