Now, a while back, I mentioned something about finding something tasty to eat… and that’s where Ceci’s brother Matt Bauer and his Northern Crepe Cart comes in. Matt took a French classic, filled it with fresh Michigan ingredients and brought it all the way to Good Hart for everyone to stop and enjoy. These crepes range from a meal packed with fresh local ingredients to decadent dessert crepes. The Northern Crepe Cart Serves breakfast and lunch and is a great spot to take the family and enjoy your crepe on their tea deck with a pot of tea or lavender lemonade. As always, many places in northern Michigan are seasonal, so call ahead first.
Next time you’re driving through the tunnel of trees, if you can manage not to blink, stop, shop and roll on up to Good Hart. Matt will be happy to roll up a crepe for ya.
