One of the best things about living in Michigan is all the great hiking. Scott MacKenzie is a huge Boyne City supporter, and he took me on a great one. It’s called Avalanche Point, and it’s just outside of town. This hike is not only a great workout; once you get to the top, you’ve got incredible views of the town, Lake Charlevoix and the entire surrounding countryside. When you’re up there, this is something you should really experience.
