Something a lot of people don’t know is that Fish Town is also still a real working fishing village. All kinds of Great Lakes fish are caught, cleaned and sold right there on the docks, and if you’re looking for fresh fish, Carlson’s of Fish Town is the place to get it. We caught the folks at Carlson’s in the middle of processing the day’s catch. Their family has been fishing these waters for six generations now. Great people. Great fresh fish.
